Millet is one of the oldest grains, and it is worth including in your diet due to its fiber and amino acid content. It can be used in a wide variety of ways.
No additives are added to the millet when making the porridge, and nothing is taken out of it, so all the values that are naturally found in millet are also in the porridge. So you can eat this grain, which is rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals, not only as a side dish, but also for breakfast!
The fat content of millet is slightly higher than that of other grains, so it goes rancid more easily. It is advisable to store it in the refrigerator after opening.
