SWEEPSTAKES RULES – Persil nyereményjáték
1. Duration of the Game
Kifli.hu Shop Kft. organizes a sweepstakes under the name Persil nyereményjáték between 00:00 on July 1, 2024, and 23:59 on July 31, 2024, the terms and conditions of participation of which are defined in these game rules (hereinafter: „Rules”).
2. Organizer and Executor of the Game
The organizer and executor of the Game is Kifli.hu Shop Kft. (registered office: 1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45.; company registration number: 01-09-339560; tax number: 26693075-2-44.) („Organizer”).
3. Prizes of the Game
After the closing of the sweepstakes, the Organizer will draw 5 winners from those who purchased at least 1 Persil product, who will win Kifli credit worth HUF 50,000.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and is non-transferable.
4. Conditions for Participation in the Contest
4.1. These Rules apply to the Persil nyereményjáték, as well as to all participants defined in point 4.2. The participant acknowledges that it is their duty to be informed of the provisions of the Rules before applying for the Persil nyereményjáték, and cannot refer to the failure to do so for the purpose of gaining advantages, and this omission cannot be to the detriment of the Organizer or any other person possibly involved in the execution.
4.2. Participation in the Game is open to individuals who meet the following conditions: are adults over 18 years of age, legally capable private individuals, do not fall into the category of persons defined in point 4.4, purchase at least 1 Persil product during the sweepstakes period, and simultaneously (automatically) accept all conditions described in these Rules.
If for any reason the Player does not meet the conditions set out in these Game Rules, the Organizer may exclude the Player concerned from the Game.
By participating in the Game, the Player acknowledges that they have fully understood the conditions set out in these Game Rules and have accepted them unconditionally. If the Player does not accept the conditions – with respect to any of its provisions – the Organizer will exclude them from the Game. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude anyone from the Game without explanation in case of manipulation, irregular play, abuse, or suspicion thereof.
4.3. The Organizer excludes its liability for any technical problems, regardless of whether they arose in the Player's or the Organizer's IT system or service, or on the Facebook or Instagram social media platforms.
4.4. Employees of Kifli.hu Shop Kft., as well as other third parties involved in the organization of the Persil nyereményjáték and subcontractors involved in the organization of the Persil nyereményjáték, and persons in an employment relationship or other legal relationship aimed at work with them, and their close relatives as defined in Section 8:1.§ (1) 1. of the Civil Code, may not participate in the Contest.
4.5. By participating in the game, the Player acknowledges that they have read the Rules and accept all conditions specified therein. The Participant is responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided during the game is accurate and remains accurate throughout the entire duration of the Persil Nyereményjáték. The Organizer excludes all liability arising from the inaccuracy or error of personal data provided during the game.
5. How to Participate in the Contest
5.1.The game is exclusively available on the Kifli.hu website (https://www.kifli.hu/).
5.2. The Player can participate in the sweepstakes by logging into their Kifli user account and purchasing at least 1 Persil product on the Kifli.hu website.
5.4. Winners will be selected from customers who have a Kifli.hu user account and live in Budapest and its surroundings or in our Lake Balaton delivery areas.
5.5. After the game closes, the Organizer will draw 5 (five) winners. The drawing is not public and will take place via https://random.org.
5.6. The Organizer will notify the winners of the prize by email. If the winner does not respond within 2 business days of notification, the Organizer will draw a new winner.
6. Prize Collection
6.1. Winning Players must contact the Organizer within 2 business days of notification and provide the Organizer with their full name, address, phone number, and email address.
6.2. The Organizer will coordinate the details of prize usage with the winner, with the cooperation of Henkel Magyarország Kft., as the prize provider.
6.3. The alternate winner becomes eligible for the Prize if the winner does not meet any personal and/or material conditions described in these Game Rules, and is thus excluded from the game by the Organizer, or if the winner waives their prize. The alternate winner will not be publicly disclosed by Kifli.hu Organizer.
6.4. Participation in the sweepstakes and the provision of necessary personal data are voluntary. A condition for participation in the sweepstakes is that the player accepts the data management statement, which the player automatically accepts by submitting their application. The Organizer guarantees that data management will be carried out in full compliance with the applicable legal provisions.
The Organizer provides the Participant with the opportunity at any time to request information about the processing of their personal data, to request their deletion or correction via an email sent to Kifli.hu customer service. In addition, the Participant has the right to object to the processing of their personal data. The Participant acknowledges that if they make a statement of objection extending to their name and contact details before the deadline specified in point 1, they cannot participate in the game, given that in this case, the identification of the winner is not possible.
By participating in the game, Participants acknowledge and expressly consent to the Organizer using their names and all data provided during the Game for the purpose of identifying the winning Participant and notifying them via electronic message, and to the Organizer and/or its authorized representative publicly disclosing the winner's name without any further conditions or consideration, solely in connection with the sweepstakes, if justified or necessary.
6.5. Any costs (e.g., requesting extra services) and expenses that may arise in connection with the use of the prize shall be borne by the Winner.
7. Data Protection
The processing of Players' personal data is governed by this Specific Data Management Information. Questions not regulated here are detailed in the game organizer's Data Management Information at https://kifli.hu/oldal/szemelyes-adatkezelesi-alapelvek.

7.2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing
By participating in the Game, the Player consents to the processing of their data previously provided during registration on the website for the following data processing purposes, and the following legal basis arises:
Processed data and description of data processing: username, full name, address, phone number, and email address of the Player participating in the Game.
Purpose of data processing: conducting the Game, including drawing and communication. Ensuring transparency, filtering out multiple registrations. Balancing of interests based on the legitimate interests of Kifli.hu Shop Kft. and players, legitimate interest: fairness of the game, ensuring equal opportunities. Fair conduct of the Game, prevention of abuses.
Legal basis for data processing: consent of the data subject
Administration related to the winner, handing over the prize, and fulfilling tax payment obligations related to the prize are carried out based on Act XCII of 2003 on the order of taxation, Act C of 2000 on accounting, and Act CXVII of 1995 on personal income tax.
7.3. Data Retention Period
The data received during the Game will be processed by the data controller only until the purpose is achieved and for the period specified by law. The table below shows the duration of data processing:
Processed data: Username, full name, address, phone number, and email address of the Player participating in the Game.
Duration: the duration of the Game and 6 months thereafter
Winners will be notified by the organizer via email message.

The data processing practices of Kifli.hu Shop Kft., the data processing rights of Players (Claim enforcement address: 1111 Budapest, Lágymányosi utca 12. fszt. 2.), and other data processing conditions not regulated in these Rules are governed by the General Data Management Policy (https://kifli.hu/oldal/szemelyes-adatkezelesi-alapelvek).
8. Liability
Kifli.hu Shop Kft. assumes no responsibility for deficiencies in applications (e.g., typos in full name, address, phone number, email address, fewer answers, etc.), notification, or other delays. Players bear all consequences arising from incorrectly provided data or their mailbox being unable to receive mail. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. is generally unable to verify the accuracy of the data during (or after) application for the Game. In this regard, liability and all associated legal and financial consequences rest solely with the Players in all cases. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. excludes all liability for any claims for damages or compensation arising from or related to participation in the Games, any errors, deficiencies, malfunctions of the Game, or delays occurring during the Game, including costs, damages, and losses. By participating in the Game, the Player expressly waives any claims against Kifli.hu Shop Kft. or any third party related to the conduct of the Game, the drawing, the prizes, or the winners.
Kifli.hu Shop Kft. assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, error-free operation, completeness, or suitability for a given purpose of the Game. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. also assumes no responsibility if the Game or the website containing the Game and these Rules is temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons during the Game period. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. is also not responsible for errors arising from causes beyond its control (e.g., technical malfunctions or outages in the Internet network) and their consequences.
Only the respective Player is responsible for the content submitted during the Game. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. excludes all liability for any pecuniary or non-pecuniary damage, legal infringement, or other consequences caused by the content submitted or published by the Player, or otherwise made public in connection with the Game, or otherwise arising in connection with the Player's conduct. It guarantees that no personal depiction is included in the image.
If, as a result of or in connection with the Player's conduct, a third party or any authority or court asserts any claim or initiates proceedings against Kifli.hu Shop Kft., the Player is obliged to take all measures required by Kifli.hu Shop Kft. and to reimburse Kifli.hu Shop Kft. for all damages, financial disadvantages, and costs (including compensation for non-pecuniary damage) incurred by Kifli.hu Shop Kft. due to or in connection with any unlawful conduct of the Player.
9. Final Provisions
9.1 The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally modify or terminate the conditions set forth in these Game Rules or the Game itself, even during its duration. Notifications of rule modifications or the possible termination of the Game will be published by the Organizer in the comment section used for announcing the Game, prior to the modification or termination. It is the responsibility of Players registering for the Game to be adequately informed about these. Any decision of the Organizer related to this Game is final and binding in all respects, and no legal proceedings can be initiated in connection with them.
9.2 The Organizer declares and undertakes that if any disputed issue arises regarding the use of the Prize, it will primarily attempt to resolve them with the Participants through negotiation and agreement.
In any disputed matter, the Organizer's decision is decisive.
9.3 Promotions launched on Kifli.hu's Facebook page or Instagram profile are independent of Facebook and Instagram; Facebook does not endorse or participate in them, the Game is launched solely by the Organizer. During the use of the Game, the business rules of the Player's internet service provider, as well as the rules of Facebook and Instagram, remain applicable. The Player acknowledges that the speed of message and data transmission, as well as response time, depends on the technical conditions of the server, and therefore neither the Organizer nor the Executor assumes responsibility. The above may be adversely affected by network congestion and other factors beyond the control of the Organizer and its partners, such as (but not limited to) network congestion, coverage, connection errors, device performance, and maintaining a secure network connection.
