Mustard-Rosemary T-bone Steak Recipe Video
Preparation
It is important to always work with meat at room temperature!
Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, cook the meat for 3 minutes on each side, then place it on a plate, cover it with a lid, and let it rest for 8 minutes.
After the resting time, return it to the pan, season with salt, place the butter on top, let it melt nicely, and add the mustards to the pan to slightly roast them.
Then spread with the butter, sprinkle with chopped parsley, add the rosemary, drizzle again with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, and then cook for another 3 minutes on each side, basting with the mustard-butter-olive sauce during cooking.
When ready, place on a cutting board and slice fresh. You can serve it with steak potatoes, fresh salad.
