These prize game rules and regulations ("Rules and Regulations" or "Game Rules") are issued by Kifli.hu Shop Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered office: 1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45.; tax number: 26693075-2-44; company registration number: Cg.01-09-339560, registered with the Company Registry of the Metropolitan Court) as the organizer of the prize game ("Organizer").

 

The Rules and Regulations contain all conditions of the "Christmas Prize Game with Pajti" ("Prize Game"). The Rules and Regulations are continuously available on the www.kifli.hu website ("Website") throughout the duration of the Prize Game. The Rules and Regulations can only be modified in the form of written amendments published simultaneously with this document. The Organizer declares that the Prize Game does not fall under the scope of Act XXXIV of 1991 (Sztv.). The game is independent of Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok; the mentioned platforms do not support it and are not involved in it. By participating, the Player fully accepts these Rules and Regulations and the data processing provisions.

 

 

1. ORGANIZER OF THE GAME

Kifli.hu Shop Ltd. (1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45.; tax number: 26693075-2-44; Cg.01-09-339560), operator of kifli.hu.

 

2. LOCATION AND TIME OF THE PRIZE GAME

The Prize Game will be held in Hungary between December 12, 2025, and December 18, 2025 ("Prize Game Period"). The game takes place under the video about the Prize Game published on the official TikTok social media platform of the Organizer's partner, Pajti. Entries will be accepted until December 18, 2025, 23:59:59. The winners will be announced on December 19, 2025.

 

 

3. SCOPE OF PARTICIPANTS

Any natural person over 18 years of age residing in Hungary, who submits a valid entry with their own profile in the specified manner (see point 5.1), may participate.

 

Persons employed by or in a legal relationship aimed at performing work for the Organizer or its affiliated company, their owners, executive officers, agents, and their close relatives as defined by the Civil Code, may not participate.

 

4. PRIZES

Within the framework of the Prize Game, the following will be drawn:

 

  • 1 (one) Christmas prize package, which contains the following 4 items:

     

    • Trixie dwarf plush figure

       

    • Trixie reindeer plush figure

       

    • Trixie ceramic Christmas treat holder

       

    • Beeztees Christmas plush dog toy Santa with rope

       

 

5. PROCESS OF EXECUTION, PARTICIPATION, DRAW

5.1 Participation

Conditions for participation (all three conditions must be met):

 

  • The Player follows both Pajti's TikTok page and Kifli.hu's TikTok page.

     

  • The Player tags 2 friends in a comment on Pajti's TikTok page, under the video about the Prize Game.

     

  • The Player re-shares (posts) the TikTok video about the Prize Game.

     

Final deadline for entries: December 18, 2025, 23:59:59. Purchase is not a condition. The Organizer is entitled to delete irrelevant, unlawful, vulgar, or offensive content and to invalidate the entry.

 

5.2 Draw

Date of draw: December 19, 2025. Location of draw: Organizer's registered office (1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45.). Method of draw: electronic, random draw from valid entries received by the deadline, selecting 1 winner. Alternate winners: a maximum of 3 alternate winners will be drawn. In case of disqualification or ineligibility, the alternate winners will take the place of the Winner in the order of the draw.

 

 

6. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNER, PRIZE COLLECTION

The draw is conducted by the Organizer. The announcement and notification of the winner will be carried out by Pajti's owner on December 19, 2025 (in a comment and/or private message). The Winner is obliged to notify Pajti's owner via private message within 3 calendar days and send the address required for prize delivery. Failure to do so will result in the Winner losing their eligibility, and the Organizer will offer the prize to an alternate winner. The prize package will be sent by the Organizer (Kifli.hu Shop Ltd.) by post to the address provided by the Winner.

 

 

7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Data controller: Kifli.hu Shop Ltd. registered office: 1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45., email: info@kifli.hu. During participation in the prize game, the following personal data will be processed: name/profile ID, public username, name and residential address required for prize delivery. The purpose of data processing is to verify participation in the game, conduct the draw, notify the winner(s), and hand over the prize(s). The legal basis for data processing is the performance of the contract for participation in the game (GDPR Article 6 (1) b)). Providing the data necessary for prize delivery is a condition for participation and prize handover. The data will be stored for a period of 6 months from the end of the game or the handover of the prizes, after which they will be deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is prescribed by law. The data may be accessed by the data controller's employees and service providers involved in prize delivery (e.g., courier service), solely for the purpose of achieving the above objectives. No data transfer to third countries will occur. Data subjects may at any time request information about the processing of their personal data, request their rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, and are entitled to data portability according to the relevant legal provisions. Complaints can be lodged with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, www.naih.hu). The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, without it, participation in the prize game or the handover of the prize is not possible. 8. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Game Rules and/or the Prize Game; information about this will be provided on the Website. The Organizer is entitled to verify the fulfillment of the conditions and to make a final decision in disputed matters. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
