Rules of the Prize Game
1. Duration of the Game
Kifli.hu Shop Kft. organizes a prize game named "Win a wine experience with Kifli.hu!" between August 4, 2025, and August 31, 2025, the terms of participation of which are defined in these game rules (hereinafter: "Rules").
2. Organizer and Operator of the Game
The organizer of the Game is Kifli.hu Shop Kft. (registered office: 1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45. company registration number: 01-09-339560; tax number: 26693075-2-44.) ("Organizer").
3. Prizes of the Game
During the prize game, the Organizer will draw among those who ordered at least 4 bottles of wine participating in the prize game within a single order during the specified period and placed their order for one of the relevant delivery areas indicated in point 5.2 during the specified period.
Among those who order to the above delivery area, a total of 13 winners will be drawn the day after the activity ends, who will win one of the 13 wine tastings for 2 persons offered by Angyal Borkereskedés Kft. Following the draw, the contact details of the 13 winners will be handed over to Angyal Borkereskedés Kft., who will contact the winners within 1 week.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, but it is transferable.
4. Conditions for Participation in the Contest
4.1. These Rules apply to the "Win a wine experience with Kifli.hu!" game, as well as to all participants defined in point 4.2. The Player acknowledges that it is their duty to inform themselves in advance about the provisions of the Rules before applying for the "Win a wine experience with Kifli.hu!" game, and cannot refer to the failure to do so for the purpose of gaining advantages, and this omission cannot be to the detriment of the Organizer or any other person possibly involved in the execution.
4.2. The Game is open to users who meet the following conditions: are adults over 18 years of age, legally competent private individuals, and do not fall into the category of persons defined in point 4.4, and are registered users between August 4, 2025, 0:00 and August 31, 2025, 23:59, and have placed an order during this period on the www.kifli.hu website, which simultaneously contained at least 4 products from the wines included in the promotion and requested delivery to one of the delivery areas listed in point 3.
If for any reason the Player does not meet the conditions set out in these Game Rules, the Organizer may exclude the Player concerned from the Game.
The Player declares that they have fully familiarized themselves with the conditions set out in these Game Rules and have accepted them unconditionally. If the Player does not accept the conditions – with respect to any of its provisions – the Organizer will exclude them from the Game. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude anyone from the Game without explanation in case of manipulation, irregular play, abuse, or suspicion thereof.
4.3. The Organizer excludes its liability for any technical problems, regardless of whether they occurred in the Player's or the Organizer's IT system or service. The Player is responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided during the game corresponds to reality during the "Win a wine experience with Kifli.hu!" period. The Organizer excludes all liability arising from the inaccuracy or error of personal data provided during the Game.
4.4. Employees of Kifli.hu Shop Kft., as well as other third parties involved in the organization of the "Win a wine experience with Kifli.hu!" game and subcontractors involved in the organization of the "Win a wine experience with Kifli.hu!" and persons in employment or other legal relationships aimed at work with them, and their close relatives as defined in Section 8:1.§ (1) 1. of the Civil Code, may not participate in the Contest.
