Algida x PS5 Sweepstakes
1. Game Duration
Kifli.hu Shop Kft. organizes a sweepstakes named Algida x PS5 Sweepstakes between 00:00 on September 22, 2025, and 00:00 on September 28, 2025, the conditions of participation for which are defined in these game rules (hereinafter: "Rules").
2. Organizer and Operator of the Game
The Organizer and Operator of the Game is Kifli.hu Shop Kft. (registered office: 1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45.; company registration number: 01-09-339560; tax number: 26693075-2-44.) (hereinafter: "Organizer").
3. Prizes of the Game
Following the conclusion of the sweepstakes, the Organizer will draw 1 PS5 Slim (without accessories) among all participating players for 1 winner. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and is non-transferable.
4. Conditions of Participation in the Contest
4.1. The scope of these Rules extends to the Algida x PS5 Sweepstakes and to all participants defined in point 4.2. The participant acknowledges that it is their duty to inform themselves in advance about the provisions of the Rules before applying for the Algida x PS5 Sweepstakes, and they cannot invoke this failure to gain advantages, nor can this omission be held against the Organizer or any other person potentially involved in the organization.
4.2. Anyone who meets the following conditions may participate in the game: an adult, legally competent private individual who has reached the age of 18, and does not fall into the category of persons defined in point 4.4., and who, during the sweepstakes period, purchases Algida ice cream worth at least 6,000 HUF on the Kifli.hu website (Magnum, Carte D'or, Ben & Jerry's, Nogger, Twister, Viennetta, Cornetto, Calippo, Algida) and simultaneously (automatically) accepts all conditions described in these Rules.
If for any reason the player does not meet the conditions set out in these Game Rules, the Organizer may exclude the player concerned from the game.
By participating in the game, the player acknowledges that they have fully familiarized themselves with the conditions set out in these Game Rules and have unconditionally accepted them. If the player does not accept the conditions – with respect to any of its provisions – the Organizer will exclude them from the game. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude anyone from the game without explanation in case of manipulation, irregular play, abuse, or suspicion thereof.
4.3. The Organizer excludes its liability for any technical problems, regardless of whether they arose in the player's or the Organizer's IT system or service.
4.4. Employees of Kifli.hu Shop Kft., as well as other third parties involved in the organization of the Algida x PS5 Sweepstakes and subcontractors involved in the organization of the Algida x PS5 Sweepstakes, and persons in an employment relationship or other legal relationship aimed at performing work with them, and their close relatives as defined in Section 8:1.§ (1) 1. of the Civil Code, may not participate in the Contest.
4.5. By participating in the game, the player acknowledges that they have read the Rules and accept all conditions set forth therein. The Participant is responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided during the game are accurate and remain accurate throughout the entire duration of the Algida x PS5 Sweepstakes. The Organizer excludes all liability arising from the inaccuracy or error of the personal data provided during the game.
5. How to participate in the Contest
5.1. The game is exclusively available on the Kifli.hu website (https://www.kifli.hu/).
5.2. After logging into their Kifli account, the player can participate in the sweepstakes by purchasing Algida ice cream worth at least 6,000 HUF during the specified period (22.09.2025-28.09.2025).
5.4. The winners will be selected from among the customers.
5.5. Following the conclusion of the game, the Organizer draws 1 (one) winner. The drawing is not public and takes place via the https://random.org website.
5.6. The Organizer notifies the winners of the prize by email. If the winner does not respond within 2 working days of being notified, the Organizer will draw a new winner.
6. Prize Collection
6.1. Winning players are obliged to contact the Organizer within 2 working days of their notification and provide the Organizer with their full name, phone number, and email address.
6.2. The Organizer forwards the winner's data, with the winner's consent, to the Prize provider for the purpose of prize delivery.
6.3. The alternate winner becomes eligible for the Prize if the winner does not meet any personal and/or material conditions described in these Game Rules, and is thus excluded from the game by the Organizer, or the winner waives their prize. The Kifli.hu Organizer will not disclose the alternate winner.
6.4. Participation in the sweepstakes and the provision of necessary personal data are voluntary. A condition for participation in the sweepstakes is that the player accepts the data processing statement, which the player automatically accepts by submitting their entry. The Organizer guarantees that data processing is carried out in full compliance with the applicable legal provisions.
The Organizer provides the Participant with the opportunity at any time to request information about the processing of their personal data, request their deletion or correction via an email sent to Kifli.hu customer service. In addition, the Participant also has the right to object to the processing of their personal data. The Participant acknowledges that if they submit their objection statement covering their name and contact details before the deadline specified in point 1, they cannot participate in the game, given that in this case, the winner cannot be identified.
By participating in the game, Participants acknowledge and expressly consent to the Organizer using their names and all data provided during the game for the purpose of identifying the winning Participant and notifying them via electronic message, and to the Organizer and/or its authorized representative disclosing the winner's name without any further conditions or consideration, exclusively in connection with the Algida x PS5 Sweepstakes, if justified or necessary.
6.5. Any costs incurred (e.g., requesting extra services) and expenses related to the use of the prize shall be borne by the Winner.
7. Data Protection
The processing of players' personal data is governed by this Specific Data Processing Information. Unregulated matters are detailed in the game organizer's Data Processing Policy: https://kifli.hu/oldal/szemelyes-adatkezelesi-alapelvek.

7.2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing
By participating in the game, the player consents to the processing of their data, previously provided during registration on the website, for the following data processing purpose, and the following legal basis arises:
Processed data and description of data processing: the username, full name, address, phone number, and email address of the participating player.
Purpose of data processing: conducting the game, including drawing and communication. Ensuring transparency, filtering out multiple registrations. Balancing of interests based on the legitimate interest of Kifli.hu Shop Kft. and players, legitimate interest: fairness of the game, ensuring equal opportunities. Fair conduct of the game, prevention of abuses.
Legal basis for data processing: the consent of the data subject
Administration related to the winner, prize handover, and fulfillment of tax obligations related to the prize take place based on Act XCII of 2003 on the rules of taxation, Act C of 2000 on accounting, and Act CXVII of 1995 on personal income tax.
7.3. Data Retention Period
The data controller processes the data received during the game only until the purpose is achieved and for the period specified by law. The table below shows the duration of data processing:
Processed data: The username and full name, address, phone number, and email address of the participating player.
Duration: the duration of the game and 6 months thereafter

8. Liability
Kifli.hu Shop Kft. does not assume responsibility for deficiencies in entries (typos in full name, address, phone number, email address, fewer answers, etc.), notification, or other delays. Players bear all consequences arising from incorrectly provided data or from their mailbox being unable to receive mail. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. is generally unable to verify the accuracy of the data during (or after) registration for the game. In this regard, responsibility and all associated legal and financial consequences rest solely with the players in all cases. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. excludes all liability for any compensation or indemnity claims during participation in the Games, for costs, damages, losses arising from or related to any errors, deficiencies, malfunctions, or delays occurring during the game. By participating in the game, the player expressly waives the right to assert claims against Kifli.hu Shop Kft. or any third party related to the organization of the Game, the drawing, the prizes, or the winners.
Kifli.hu Shop Kft. assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, error-free operation, completeness, or suitability for a given purpose of the game. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. also assumes no responsibility if the game or the website containing the game and these Rules is temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons during the game period. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. is also not responsible for errors and their consequences arising from reasons beyond its control (e.g., technical malfunction or outage in the Internet network).
Solely the respective player is responsible for the content submitted during the game. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. excludes all liability in respect of any pecuniary or non-pecuniary damage and infringement, or other consequences arising from the content submitted or published by the player, or otherwise disclosed in connection with the game, or otherwise related to the player's conduct. It guarantees that no personal depiction is included in the image.
If, as a result of or in connection with the player's conduct, a third party or any authority or court asserts any claim or initiates proceedings against Kifli.hu Shop Kft., the player is obliged to take all measures required by Kifli.hu Shop Kft. and reimburse Kifli.hu Shop Kft. for all damages, financial disadvantages, and costs (including non-pecuniary damages) incurred due to or in connection with any unlawful conduct of the player.
9. Final Provisions
9.1 The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally modify or terminate the conditions set out in these Game Rules or the game itself, even during its duration. The Organizer will publish notifications of rule modifications or the possible termination of the game in the comment section used for announcing the game before the modification or termination. It is the responsibility of the players registering for the game to be properly informed about these. Any decision of the Organizer related to this game is final and binding in all respects, and no legal proceedings can be initiated in connection with them.
9.2 The Organizer declares and undertakes that if a disputed issue arises regarding the use of the Prize, it will primarily attempt to resolve them with the Participants through negotiation and agreement.
In any disputed matter, the Organizer's decision is decisive.
9.3 Promotions launched on Kifli.hu's Facebook page or Instagram profile are independent of Facebook and Instagram; Facebook does not sponsor or participate in them, and the game is launched exclusively by the Organizer. During the use of the game, the business rules of the player's internet service provider, as well as the rules of Facebook and Instagram, remain applicable. The player acknowledges that message and data transmission, as well as response speed, depend on the technical conditions of the server, and therefore neither the Organizer nor the Operator assumes responsibility for them. The above can be adversely affected by network congestion and other factors beyond the control of the Organizer and its partners, such as (but not limited to) network congestion, coverage, connection errors, device performance, and maintaining a secure network connection.
