- 250 g natural skyr
- 250 g natural cottage cheese
- 500 g fine wheat flour
- 12 g baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 bunch wild garlic
- 10 g salt
- 100 g light grated cheese
Steps
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 2Wash the wild garlic and chop it finely.
- 3In a bowl, mix the skyr, cottage cheese, one egg, and the chopped wild garlic.
- 4Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, then knead the dough.
- 5Cut out small pogácsa from the dough and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- 6Brush the tops with the other beaten egg and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- 7Bake until golden brown for about 20-25 minutes.
