  • 250 g natural skyr
  • 250 g natural cottage cheese
  • 500 g fine wheat flour
  • 12 g baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bunch wild garlic
  • 10 g salt
  • 100 g light grated cheese

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Wash the wild garlic and chop it finely.

    In a bowl, mix the skyr, cottage cheese, one egg, and the chopped wild garlic.

    Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, then knead the dough.

    Cut out small pogácsa from the dough and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Brush the tops with the other beaten egg and sprinkle with grated cheese.

    Bake until golden brown for about 20-25 minutes.
