Ingredients
- 1 block (125 g) natural tofu
- 1 small red onion
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- a little water
Steps
- 1Pat the tofu dry with a paper towel, then mash it thoroughly with a fork in a bowl.
- 2Finely chop the red onion and sauté it until translucent in a little oil (or water).
- 3Add the mashed tofu to the onion. Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with paprika.
- 4Pour in a little water to make it juicier, then fry the mixture for a few minutes, stirring constantly. Serve warm.
