Ingredients
- 400 g frozen broccoli
- 200 g cooked quinoa
- 300 g ground turkey
- 150 g plain yogurt
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- marjoram (to taste)
- a little oil
Steps
- 1Cook the frozen broccoli in lightly salted water until semi-tender (approx. 4–5 minutes), then drain.
- 2Rinse the quinoa, then bring to a boil with water in a 1:1 ratio. Lightly salt it and cook until semi-tender, then remove from heat.
- 3In a pan, brown the ground turkey in a little oil. Season with salt, pepper, and marjoram. Cook until it turns white and is cooked through.
- 4Place half of the broccoli at the bottom of an ovenproof dish. Add the semi-cooked quinoa, then the ground meat. Place the remaining broccoli on top. Spread the plain yogurt between the layers and on top.
- 5Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 20–25 minutes, until fully cooked through and the top is lightly browned.
