INGREDIENTS FOR THE BALLS

  • 25 dkg ground biscuits (preferably sugar-free)
  • 12 dkg butter/margarine/plant-based butter alternative
  • 1 dl almond milk (or any milk to taste)
  • 2 dkg unsweetened Dutch cocoa powder
  • 6 g gingerbread spice mix

INGREDIENTS FOR DECORATION

  • 3 dkg ground biscuits (preferably sugar-free)
  • 1 tsp gingerbread spice mix

PREPARATION

    Place the ground biscuits in a large bowl.

    Add the cocoa powder and gingerbread spice mix, then stir.

    Melt the butter or margarine and add it to the mixture.

    Pour in the milk and rum, then knead thoroughly.

    If the mixture is too dry, it can be loosened with a little milk; if it's too soft, it can be improved with a little ground biscuit.

    Form walnut-sized balls from the mixture.

    Roll the balls in the ground biscuits mixed with 1 teaspoon of spice mix.

    It is advisable to chill them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
