  • 40 grams fine oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • Enough water or plant-based milk to achieve a creamy consistency (approx. 1 dl)
  • A handful of any berries: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, redcurrants
  • A few chopped oilseeds (can be walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, etc.)

    You can prepare the super porridge the night before: place the oats, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and oilseeds in a small jar.

    Pour in and mix with enough water or plant-based milk to achieve a thinner, creamy consistency.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    When serving, top with fresh berries; you can also layer mashed fruit underneath.
