Ingredients

  • 1 box button mushrooms
  • 1 box plant-based cream
  • 3 tsp mustard
  • 1 package gluten-free pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parsley leaves for garnish

    Clean the mushrooms, then slice them.

    In a pan, over high heat, sauté both sides of the mushrooms in a little olive oil for a few minutes.

    Prepare the sauce: measure the plant-based cream, mustard, and ¼ of the sautéed mushrooms into a blender jug, then blend until creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Cook the pasta, then serve it with the creamy sauce and sautéed mushrooms. Garnish with fresh parsley leaves.
