Ingredients
- 1 box button mushrooms
- 1 box plant-based cream
- 3 tsp mustard
- 1 package gluten-free pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parsley leaves for garnish
Steps
- 1Clean the mushrooms, then slice them.
- 2In a pan, over high heat, sauté both sides of the mushrooms in a little olive oil for a few minutes.
- 3Prepare the sauce: measure the plant-based cream, mustard, and ¼ of the sautéed mushrooms into a blender jug, then blend until creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4Cook the pasta, then serve it with the creamy sauce and sautéed mushrooms. Garnish with fresh parsley leaves.
