INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams carrot (approx. 2 medium-sized)
  • 200 g oats
  • 50 g shredded coconut
  • 50 g almonds
  • 80 grams dates (approx. 8 pitted)
  • One tsp. cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt

PREPARATION

    Peel and grate the carrots.

    Finely grind the oats, shredded coconut, and almonds.

    Pit the dates and purée them with 150 ml of water.

    Measure everything into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and season with cinnamon.

    Mix everything together, then form into balls and roll them in shredded coconut.
