INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams carrot (approx. 2 medium-sized)
- 200 g oats
- 50 g shredded coconut
- 50 g almonds
- 80 grams dates (approx. 8 pitted)
- One tsp. cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
PREPARATION
- 1Peel and grate the carrots.
- 2Finely grind the oats, shredded coconut, and almonds.
- 3Pit the dates and purée them with 150 ml of water.
- 4Measure everything into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and season with cinnamon.
- 5Mix everything together, then form into balls and roll them in shredded coconut.
