  • 140 g yeast dough flour
  • 130 g yogurt (plain or Greek)

  • 1 small head of cauliflower
  • Curry sauce

    I kneaded the pita ingredients (recipe in the video) into a small ball, then divided it into equal parts. Don't worry if the dough remains a bit sticky, it will still be perfect!

    I baked both sides for 7-7 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.

    I cleaned, cut, and washed the cauliflower. I seasoned it with a little olive oil and spices, then it went into the oven, where it roasted until crispy in about 20 minutes.

    I used a curry sauce base for the cauliflower, which also contained vegetables (you can also add more according to your preference, whatever you have at home in the fridge), but the curry sauce can also be made with cooking cream or yogurt, you just need basic curry spice, which I recently bought for home because I've long wanted to try a similar recipe.

    I actually love this recipe because the result is very special, but you don't have to overthink its preparation at all. It's ready in about 30 minutes and, complemented with pita, it will be very filling!
