INGREDIENTS
- 10 g sesame seeds
- 125 g cream cheese (I used lactose-free Greek yogurt this time, but sour cream or mascarpone also works)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 4 pcs egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 35 g psyllium husk
- 20 g flaxseed
- 5 g chia seeds (I made it with chia seeds, any seeds work, you can adjust according to your preference)
PREPARATION
- 1I measured the ingredients into a bowl, mixed them with a fork, then let them rest for 10 minutes so that the seeds could absorb the moisture and the mixture would be formable.
- 2With wet hands, I formed small buns from it, sprinkled seeds on top, then baked them in a baking tray lined with parchment paper at 180 degrees Celsius.
- 3I baked them for 10 minutes with convection, and 10 minutes with top and bottom heat function, so they would be nicely browned. It turned out divine and the taste was perfect!
