- 1 kg tomato
- 2 carrots
- 2 red onions
- 2-3 spring onions with stalks
- 6-8 cloves garlic
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 small kohlrabi
- 3-4 tablespoons ManóMenü cooking oil

Dice all ingredients, then mix them with the oil. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for approximately 2 hours until everything is soft.

Once ready, add 10 fresh basil leaves and blend with an immersion blender.

Once frozen, it can be taken out at any time and used as pasta sauce, pizza sauce, tomato cream soup, or with roasted meats.
