INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg tomato
- 2 carrots
- 2 red onions
- 2-3 spring onions with stalks
- 6-8 cloves garlic
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 small kohlrabi
- 3-4 tablespoons ManóMenü cooking oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Dice all ingredients, then mix them with the oil. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for approximately 2 hours until everything is soft.
- 2Once ready, add 10 fresh basil leaves and blend with an immersion blender.
- 3Once frozen, it can be taken out at any time and used as pasta sauce, pizza sauce, tomato cream soup, or with roasted meats.
