Ingredients

  • 50 dkg strawberries + for decoration
  • Zest of 2 large lemons
  • 500 ml cold whipping cream
  • 500 g sour cream
  • 100 g ladyfingers
  • 20 g erythritol or powdered sugar
  • 5 g vanilla powder

    Whip the cold cream into a stiff foam, add the grated lemon zest and juice, vanilla, erythritol or powdered sugar, sour cream, mix thoroughly, then add the chopped strawberries and fold them in.

    Lightly grease the bottom of a bowl of any size with a little cream, then add a layer of ladyfingers, again cream, and then ladyfingers again. Continue layering until the ingredients run out. The key is to have cream on top.

    Refrigerate for a few hours, then just before serving, decorate the top with strawberry pieces and fresh mint leaves!
