Ingredients

  • 1 pc Puff pastry
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 50 g Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 20 g Plain yogurt
  • 30 g Olives
  • 55 g Cheese
  • 50 g Ham
  • 1 pc Carrot
  • 5 g Fresh herbs
  • 2 g Salt

    Cut the puff pastry into about 8 thin strips (starting from the shorter sides).

    Fold aluminum foil into a cone shape, and wrap the pastry around it so that they overlap.

    Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and lightly brush with the beaten egg.

    Bake for 8-9 minutes, then let cool on a wire rack.

    In a medium bowl, mix together the ingredients for the cream; feel free to enrich it with ingredients that will make it even tastier (e.g., sun-dried tomatoes, olives, finely chopped ham, etc.).

    Fill the cooled pastry with the cream, and decorate the top with grated cheese and parsley.
