Preparation method
If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes before use. You can also skewer other delicacies, such as corn, asparagus, mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, or even tofu or halloumi pieces.
Cut the cleaned vegetables into uniform pieces so they cook evenly, then thread them onto the skewers.
Mix the oil with lemon juice, crushed garlic, chopped fresh herbs (thyme, oregano, basil, parsley, mint, etc.), salt, and freshly ground pepper. Brush the skewers with this marinade, then grill for about 15 minutes.
