INGREDIENTS FOR THE SALAD

  • Half a watermelon
  • 1 cantaloupe
  • 1 pear
  • 3 peaches
  • 2 handfuls of raspberries
  • 2 handfuls of blackberries

INGREDIENTS FOR THE DRESSING

  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • Juice of 1 freshly squeezed lemon
  • Juice of 1 freshly squeezed lime
  • Mint to taste

INGREDIENTS FOR SERVING

  • Vanilla ice cream
 

PREPARATION

    Cut the watermelon into cubes, and use a melon baller to scoop out balls from the cantaloupe. Cut the pear and peach as desired.

    Place the chopped fruits into a bowl, drizzle with honey, freshly squeezed lemon and lime juice, then sprinkle with chopped mint and mix thoroughly.

    Once the honey-lemon syrup coats the fruits, add the raspberries and blackberries and gently toss them to prevent breaking. Serve chilled.

    Serve with vanilla ice cream.
