INGREDIENTS FOR THE PASTA
- 250 g white button mushrooms
- 250 g cremini mushrooms
- 3 stalks spring onion
- 200 g rigatoni dry pasta
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 100 g grated Gouda cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground mixed peppercorns
- Parsley
- 2 dl cooking cream
INGREDIENTS FOR THE FISH
- Two slices red tuna
- 4 lemon wedges
- Salt
- Freshly ground mixed peppercorns

PREPARATION
- 1Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- 2Wash the mushrooms, pat them dry with a paper towel, and cut them into desired sizes, then sauté them with the chopped onion in olive oil.
- 3Once the mushrooms are nicely golden brown, season with salt, add the pasta cooking water, the cooked pasta, cream, grated cheese, chopped parsley, then mix everything together, bring it to a quick boil, and it's ready.
- 4In heated olive oil, cook both sides of the fish fillets for 1-1.5 minutes per side. Add the lemon wedges during cooking. Only season with salt and pepper at the very end, then serve with the creamy mushroom rigatoni, drizzled with a little olive oil.
