INGREDIENTS FOR THE PASTA

  • 250 g white button mushrooms
  • 250 g cremini mushrooms
  • 3 stalks spring onion
  • 200 g rigatoni dry pasta
  • 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 100 g grated Gouda cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground mixed peppercorns
  • Parsley
  • 2 dl cooking cream

  • Two slices red tuna
  • 4 lemon wedges
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground mixed peppercorns
  • Olive oil
 

PREPARATION

    Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

    Wash the mushrooms, pat them dry with a paper towel, and cut them into desired sizes, then sauté them with the chopped onion in olive oil.

    Once the mushrooms are nicely golden brown, season with salt, add the pasta cooking water, the cooked pasta, cream, grated cheese, chopped parsley, then mix everything together, bring it to a quick boil, and it's ready.

    In heated olive oil, cook both sides of the fish fillets for 1-1.5 minutes per side. Add the lemon wedges during cooking. Only season with salt and pepper at the very end, then serve with the creamy mushroom rigatoni, drizzled with a little olive oil.
