Product made from inner chicken breast fillet, quick-pickled, breaded, pre-fried, quick-frozen with added drinking water. The added drinking water comes from the brine.

Preparation suggestion

In a pan / deep fryer

After removing the packaging, place the frozen product in plenty of hot oil or fat and fry at approx. 170°C for 3-5 minutes.

In the oven

Preheat the oven to 200°C. After removing the packaging, place the frozen product on a baking tray lined with baking paper and lightly greased with oil, then bake for 14-16 minutes.
