Chef Gomba Steak Brown Mushroom
It is a relative of the white button mushroom. There is a difference not only in the cap color, but also in their taste; the brown mushroom is more intense, more characteristic, slightly creamier, which is why it is also called a cream mushroom. Its taste is closer to wild mushrooms. This also contributes to its uniquely rich flavors, scents, and aromas.
Usage
Wash under running water before use! A true delicacy for gourmets. Most delicious grilled.
