They do not use artificial colours, bulking agents, flavour enhancers or preservatives. Stepping out of the world of classic desserts, they wanted to create a premium dessert shop that combines the complex experience of the currently known and popular pastry cakes with ice cream, thus creating a new category that does not currently exist east of France: the ice cream dessert shop. The emphasis is on the complexity of the dessert, its uniqueness is given by the combinations put together. It is a unique concept where premium ice cream is not presented as a scoop of ice cream, but as a complete frozen dessert, of which one element is the ice cream itself.
