Peanut butter American pancake recipe

Ingredients
For 2 servings

• 1/2 serving of peanut butter FiberShake
• 150 g oat flour/oatmeal
• 60 ml water
• 1 handful of berries

Total preparation time: 10 minutes

Preparation

1. Mix 1/2 serving of peanut butter FiberShake, 150 g oat flour and 60 ml water with a hand blender
2. Oil the preheated Teflon pan, pour 2-3 discs of the mixed pancake batter into it
3. Serve the finished pancakes with peanut butter FiberShake and berries as desired

We are Fanni and Bálint Vadász, the founders of the activé brand. We created activé FiberShakes in 2018 with the aim of bringing fiber consumption habits closer to professional recommendations. In our mid-20s, the hectic everyday life constantly caused problems with solving quality meals. We were looking for a product that is rich in fiber, easy and quick to prepare, contains only natural ingredients, and most importantly, is delicious.

We couldn't find it, so we created it: after lengthy product development, FiberShake was born, which is made from 100% natural ingredients and gut-friendly ingredients. A single serving provides a third of our recommended daily fiber requirement.
