Le Grand Lejon is the largest producer of smoked and marinated fish products in northern Brittany, who has been making their products according to old traditions since 1953. Their products are made from simple, quality (MSC sustainable fisheries) and healthy ingredients ("Clean Label" - clean label), without palm oil, flavor enhancers and artificial colors. Their goal is to make rillettes and dips from fish and shellfish caught along the Breton coast. It can be an excellent accompaniment to friendly conversations, family gatherings, or if we just want a light breakfast or dinner, but it can also be a perfect appetizer. It can be easily taken anywhere - workplace, excursion, school, travel - and has a long shelf life. Storage

At room temperature, in a dry place. After opening, it is recommended to store in the refrigerator.

Use

We recommend that you consume it as an appetizer or main course after opening, with toast. You can make cold and hot sandwiches from it; or you can use it as an ingredient to make delicacies, salads, cooked or fried dishes. It is an excellent source of protein and a great way to increase your fish consumption.
