The word home (Minit Home) inspired us in the new name and packaging of our product, but it is important to mention that the excellent quality of our products has not changed.

The Minit HOME product family is home itself, the carefully prepared recipe and the love you can give to others with it. The crackling scone is a crumbly, round, salty delicacy made with the addition of crackling. It is sure to be a favourite and a gourmet treat for everyone.

Interesting fact

Crackling scones have been an indispensable snack and wine snack since the 20th century, but they have also appeared as party pastries. To this day, crackling scones are a hit on any occasion. The excellent flavour is provided by the carefully selected ingredients and the appropriately developed technology.

Preparation suggestion:

• The products do not need to be defrosted.
• Place the frozen products on a baking tray lined with baking paper, making sure to keep a distance of at least 2 cm between the products.
• Bake in a preheated oven at 185 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
• It is recommended to add 20 ml of steam during baking.
• If the oven does not have a steam dispensing function, it is recommended to moisten the surface of the products with water before baking.

Their automated bakery has been operating in Dunaszerdahely since 2015. Their unique value is the sourdough they make, which forms the basis of their breads and pastries. Their aim is to bring back the love and real taste of bakery products to their customers' tables, all based on traditional recipes, combined with modern technology.     

Storage

Store at -18°C, DO NOT refreeze after defrosting!
