Instructions

• Hob: Place 220ml of milk or water (adjust to taste) into a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer. Add 3 heaped tablespoons (40g) of porridge oats. Continue to simmer for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid has been absorbed and the porridge is tender. 
• Microwave: Place 3 heaped tablespoons (40g) of porridge oats into a large, microwaveable bowl. Add 220ml of milk or water and stir well. Adjust to taste. Microwave on High (100%), 750W for 5 minutes 30 seconds or 900W for 5 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Do not store near strong smelling foods. Reseal the pack after use to maintain freshness. Best before: See pack.
