The special feature of this jam is that thanks to the intrinsic properties of the berries it contains, the jam is also a source of dietary fibre, and since we use grape must to sweeten it, it contains only naturally occurring sugars.

Their jams are made without the use of preservatives, thickeners and flavourings.

When putting together this type of jam, they primarily sought the harmony of the flavours and colours of the ingredients. As a result of countless test cooks and tastings, they finally decided to use raspberries, red and black currants, and blackberries. They further enhanced the exciting composition obtained by cooking the fruits together. The vanilla flavour added to the preparation silky smooths the tart, slightly harsh flavour combination of the fruits.
