Cooking instructions
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a preheated baking tray. Cook from frozen for 30-35 minutes at 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. If cooking more than 2 fillets, increase the cooking time by 5 minutes. Do not reheat. Keep frozen at -18°C. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
