M Matcha Culinary is a high-quality blend of first and second harvest matcha tea, with a distinctive flavour and vibrant green colour. It is recommended for matcha lattes, refreshing smoothies, milkshakes, but you can also make many other delicacies with it. Feel free to experiment!

What is MATCHA?

Matcha is 100% green tea, but thanks to its special cultivation and processing, 1 serving of matcha tea has the beneficial effects of 10 servings of green tea.

Grown in the shade: this way it produces an extraordinary amount of chlorophyll and nutrients, which is why it owes its wonderfully green colour and special aroma to it, among other things.

Ground into powder: since we consume the entire tea leaf this way, we get 100% of the beneficial effects. During steeping tea, this is only 10%

• those who primarily want to enjoy the beneficial effects of matcha tea

• those who like the taste of matcha, but do not consume it as tea, they prefer flavoured matcha lattes, or healthy energising milkshakes

• those who like to experiment in the kitchen and like to use matcha tea as a special ingredient

Use

Matcha latte: Pour 0.5 teaspoon (1g) of matcha powder into 60-80ml of water cooled back from boiling, then stir until foamy. Then pour into cold or warm milk. Enjoy on its own or flavour to your liking.

Milkshake, smoothie: put a small spoonful of matcha powder into your smoothie, milkshake, porridge or cookies and enjoy its special flavour and beneficial effects.

Storage

After opening, keep closed and refrigerated. Do not expose to direct light and heat.
