La Baume La Grande Olivette alcohol-free Chardonnay
Following traditional winemaking, the dealcoholization is carried out by vacuum distillation, on a rotating cone column. This innovative process does not require chemicals. No less than 30 hours are needed to gently remove the alcohol from the wine. The structure and aromatic quality of the wine are thus preserved, without added aromas for an authentic and natural taste.
