Quick and easy to prepare. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Recommended serving for 2 people.

• Contains no artificial colours or flavour enhancers.

Preparation 

1. Put the water on to boil. When the water boils, add the rice.
2. Boil for 15 minutes or until the rice has absorbed all the water.
3. Cover and leave the cooked rice to stand for a further 10 minutes.
4. Cool the rice for sushi preparation.

Blue Dragon's journey began in the 1970s in the UK, when they discovered that British stores lacked the ingredients to recreate the authentic flavours of Asian cuisine. So they packed their bags and travelled to the Far East to bring back the most authentic and exciting flavours.
