Yutto Roasted Salted Peanuts

Blanched and roasted peanuts seasoned with salt. Blanched, shelled peanuts, deprived of the thin, papery skin. Blanching is a kitchen procedure in which the raw material is pre-cooked, heat-treated, and then quickly cooled down, thus stopping the cooking process. In many places, it is also called scalding or shocking, as the pre-cooking takes place in boiling water, but only for a relatively short time, so the raw material is only shocked, not fully cooked.

We recommend consuming the product on its own or for making cereals, cakes, fillings, both raw and roasted.

Despite its high fat content, peanuts are rich in vitamins A, E and C, calcium, sodium and fibre, i.e. those nutrients that we consume the least, according to surveys.
