Preparation suggestions

Place the breast and drumsticks in a pan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, making sure to turn occasionally.

In the oven in 12 minutes:

Place the breast and drumsticks on baking paper and bake in a hot oven at 220°C for 12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
