Instructions for use

Use at least twice a day, in the morning and evening when brushing your teeth. Squeeze a pea-sized amount onto your toothbrush and brush your teeth for at least two minutes. For children aged six or under: Put a pea-sized amount on the toothbrush and make sure your child swallows as little toothpaste as possible while brushing their teeth.
