The South African wine region is influenced by two factors: two vast oceans that meet at its southern tip, the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian Ocean. The combination of beneficial maritime influences, such as the constant coastal fog and the cooling sea breeze, with a moderate Mediterranean climate, as well as the unique and varied topography and diverse soils, provide ideal conditions for the production of unique character and unique wines. This Sauvignon is pale yellow with greenish hues, with grassy notes and grape aromas in its scent. Fruity and refreshing, perfectly balanced, with a beautiful complexity in the mouth. Perfect as an aperitif, but also goes well with quinoa and avocado salad.
