Arugula

Arugula has a characteristic, slightly peppery, oily taste (another common name is pepperwort), which is why many people do not like it. It is a source of vitamin C, beta-carotene and folic acid, and is rich in antioxidants. Arugula is a fast-growing, cool-season plant. It usually grows to a height of 60-90 cm, with creamy white, edible flowers. Its leaves can be harvested within 40 days of sowing. It belongs to the Brassicaceae family, similar to mustard, cauliflower, kale, etc.
