Product description
Internationally known white sausage made from chicken thigh fillet and a little bit of back fat. Its Bavarian character is given by bay leaf and marjoram, which becomes pleasantly refreshing with grated lemon zest.
Preparation suggestion
Fry all sides for a few minutes in a pan, oven or on a grill with a little oil. It is recommended to fry it on a slow or medium flame/fire. The sheep's intestine may tear from sudden high heat.
