Heineken Silver® is a high-quality, easy-to-drink premium lager beer with 4% alcohol content, using 100% barley malt. The product is the result of a special brewing process. It is matured ice-cold at -1°C, which gives it its refreshing, light taste, providing a perfect experience for those who do not like bitterness. Like all Heineken beers, Heineken Silver® is made with great care and passion, with a focus on quality and natural ingredients.

HEINEKEN Hungária Sörgyárak Zrt. is a major player in the Hungarian market thanks to its more than one hundred years of brewing experience and internationally recognized brands. Brewing has a long tradition in Sopron. In March 1895, Brno brewery owners and city wholesalers saw the time had come and founded the Sopron factory under the name Első Soproni Serfőzde és Malátagyár (First Sopron Brewery and Malt Factory). In the city, which has been engaged in viticulture for centuries, the city council regulated the sale of beer as early as 1523. According to the then regulation, the Franciscan friars rang the bell at 8 pm to inform the citizens that there would be no more beer sales after the beer bell had rung.
