Mongozo Buckwheat White
This is a world-renowned innovation, a gluten-free beer made in the style of Belgian white beers (i.e. Belgian wheat beers). In addition to the usual basic ingredients, it is special because of the buckwheat and rice, as well as the use of various spices typical of classic Belgian whites, such as coriander and orange peel. It has everything you would expect from a typical Belgian wheat beer: it is extremely refreshing, fruity and delicately spicy, with a restrained bitterness and a pleasantly sour taste.

Producer information
The brewery, owned by the Huyghe family since 1906, produced its most famous beer, Delirium Tremens, in 1989, which was voted the world's best beer in 1997. They recommend the Floris and Mongozo series, which offer a wide range of fruit beers, as well as the brewery's other famous products, to their adventurous customers.
