The Blanche de Bruxelles Rosée stands out with its pink grapefruit colour, slightly sour, delicately sweet taste. The intensive scent containing red and white fruits (strawberry and cherry; banana and peach) is accompanied by fresh citrus fruits (grapefruit) and green apple. The aromas of Cuberdon - a traditional Belgian candy - and bitter almond, with vanilla undertones, excite even the most refined taste buds. Its taste is light and airy. Léfebvre, a small family brewery operating since 1876, has a wide range of special beers. Based on the experience of six generations of brewers, they make their Floreffe abbey beers, the honey-flavoured Barbar beers, their unfiltered wheat beer, the Blanche de Bruxellese, as well as a completely new direction, the heavily hopped brew, the Hopus.
