Mustard 'Wasabina', microgreen
Mustard microgreens, like other microgreens, are excellent for sandwiches, as a topping for spreads, omelettes, and can also spice up your green salads.
Within the pungent flavour profile similar to mustard, the green-leafed Wasabina represents the more intense variety, while the burgundy Red Lace is rather the milder version.
They can be excellent additions to sandwiches and burgers, but can also be added to salads and smoothies. They contain vitamins B 1/2/3/6, C, E, K, as well as calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, and zinc.

Usage
Given the high vitamin and phytonutrient content of fresh vegetables, the only recommendation regarding their preparation is to try to process them raw. Therefore, it is advisable to avoid heat treatment during preparation, so you can consume these delicious vitamin bombs without nutrient loss.

Store in a cool place at 6-10 °C, with average water requirements.
