The most famous product of the Marlenka product family is the classic walnut-honey and cocoa-honey cake, which in this version is made by hand, in a ball shape.
Marlenka, or "honey miracle", was born from an old Armenian family recipe. Armenian Gevorg Avetisyan began making this delicacy in 1995, after settling in the Czech Republic with his family. The fragrant, sweet and delicious cake became very popular in a very short time. The basis of the centuries-old recipe is built on the trio of honey, walnuts and caramel. Only the best, carefully selected ingredients are used to make honey products, so Marlenka cakes do not contain any artificial preservatives or colorings.
