Our famous cake named after our namesake, Emil Gerbeaud, the Gerbeaud slice, which we still make according to the original recipe, is now also available as a 4-slice mini cake in a gift box! It owes its worldwide success to the homemade apricot jam and the excellent quality Belgian chocolate glaze. We put homemade apricot jam and carefully selected ground walnuts between the flaky yeast dough layers.
