Fireball Cinnamon is a whisky-based, cinnamon-flavored liqueur produced by Sazerac, the largest distiller in the United States, using Canadian whisky. The product was originally developed in Canada by Seagram in the mid-1980s. Today, it is sold in many countries with great success, its sales having surpassed those of Jameson or Patrón tequila in recent years, and it is among the top 10 most popular spirits in the world.

About the brand
Originally a Canadian brand launched by Seagram in the 1980s, Fireball was initially little known outside Canada. According to the manufacturer, the Fireball product family was developed by a Canadian bartender to combat the cold front and warm people up. In 1989, Sazerac acquired the rights and recipe for Fireball from Seagram and has since made it one of the most popular liqueur brands in the world.
