Tóalmási peasant sausage, packaged
Tóalmási peasant sausage is a semi-dry, traditionally matured, smoked sausage containing pork, pork fat, ground paprika, garlic, curing salt (Na-nitrite), caraway seeds and table salt. It is preserved with natural smoke. Packaged in pairs.
It is easy to slice, filled into 30 mm diameter pork small intestine, and linked to a length of 30 cm.
Its aroma is free of any foreign odours or flavours, containing only the pleasantly smoked, spicy meat characteristic of the product type.

Ready to eat on its own.
